Tai Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Tai inspired dinner, we gave it a 5/10 it was good in flavor but wasn’t a huge convenience to make on a time crunch. I did buy everything from Aldi; artisan lettuce, baby carrots, & bag of limes were all things I had to buy this week for the recipe everything else we had on hand.

Tai Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • Lettuce for lettuce cups
  • 3-5 Carrots (we used baby and chopped them)
  • 1tsp Garlic
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 1lb Ground Turkey
  • 2 Limes
  • 1Tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

Directions

  1. Wash & dry produce & thaw ground turkey

  2. Juice your two limes, add honey, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper into small bowl. Chop or grate carrots and add to sauce.

  3. Heat pan over medium heat and add coconut oil, add garlic, add veggies & sauce cook for 5-7 minutes, add ground turkey and cook fully.

  4. Top ground turkey mixture onto lettuce wraps and enjoy.
