Shrimp & Chicken Pasta With Veggies

Ingredients

  • 8 Shrimp
  • 2 Cups Chicken Bites
  • 1/4 Box Pasta
  • 1 Belle Pepper
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Red Onion
  • Broccoli
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic

Instructions

Directions

  1. Thaw & Clean Shrimp. Aldi chicken bites do not have to be thawed (but if using other chicken thaw). Cook pasta according to box directions.

  2. Add olive oil to pan with garlic, and onions. Let sauté for a few minutes, then add peppers & chicken.

  3. After 3-5 minutes add shrimp; let cook for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Then add broccoli and let cook for another 3-5 minutes.

  5. Drain pasta and serve!

Recipe Notes

Tips: I would cover the sauté pan with a lid to keep the moisture and heat in while everything is cooking. I drained the pasta and added it to a bowl then threw everything else in and tossed it so it would mix well then served.
