Roast Beef & Veggie Egg-White Pizza

I had never heard of an egg-white pizza until I started on my 2B Mindset journey and let me tell you this is an amazing idea. This recipe is budget friendly, delicious, and can have many different varieties. This is the fist recipe I have tried but be on the lookout for others as my journey continues.

  • Egg-Whites (to fill the bottom of your pan)
  • Cooking Spray
  • 2 Slices Roast Beef
  • 1/4 Red Pepper
  • 2 Mushrooms
  • 1/4 Cup Cheese
  • Everything Seasoning To Taste



  1. Spray cooking pan with cooking spray and heat on low heat

  2. Add egg-whites to cover the bottom of your sprayed cooking pan; then add your seasonings

  3. Let the egg-whites start cooking while you wash and cut your veggies

  4. Once egg-whites start firming up; add your cheese; 1-2 minutes later add your veggies and cover for 3-5 minutes. Once cheese is melted and veggies are warmed your pizza is ready to eat.

Recipe Notes

You may want to warm your veggies prior to adding them to your pizza if you like them more cooked.

The pizza should be firm but still slide out onto your plate once you take a spatula to the edges.
