Talk about yummy! I don’t know about you guys but I love a warm dish during the chilly MN winters! This dish is just that! Warm & Delicious! The perfect mix of comfort food and veggies!

Ingredients

  • 3 Packages of Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken
  • 1 Bag Frozen Mixed Veggies
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese
  • 2-3 Chicken Breasts (2 cups)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. Cook chicken & cut into cubes!
    * I baked mine in water at 350 for 30 minutes (Keep oven on for cooking later)

  2. Mix cream of chicken mixed veggies, shredded cheese, seasonings, and chicken into a big bowl

  3. Grease muffin in and flatten biscuits into each muffin tin.
    *I found if I flattened them a little before putting them into the muffin tin it worked better

  4. Once you have the muffin tin filled scoop 1-2 tablespoons of chicken mixture into each muffin spot.

  5. Once muffin tin is full bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, the biscuits should be golden brown.
