Cream Cheese Stuffed Hamburger

Traditional hamburger spiced up! We were looking for something different to make at the camper over the 4th of July so we decided to stuff some hamburgers! This burger was super filling; mostly Aldi ingredients, and a hit for everyone!

*Amounts will vary on how many hamburgers you are making; we made 4 adult hamburgers and 1 kids*

  • 1.5Lbs Hamburger
  • 1 Package Bacon
  • 1/4 package Cream Cheese
  • 5 Slices of Cheese
  • 5 Favorite Buns
  • Lowery Seasoning
  • Mushrooms
  • Peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Onion


  1. Thaw hamburger; add seasoning & hamburger meat into a bowl and mix together, create patties each hamburger will need two patties; after one patty is made place a glob of cream cheese in the middle and put the second patty ontop and squish together. The thinner the patty the quicker they will cook.

  2. Cook bacon

  3. Cut up veggies; we put mushrooms and onions in tin foil on the grill; then we also cut up peppers and zucchini and cooked those on the grill as well

  4. Add sliced cheese either when the patty's are almost done cooking or to your bun

  5. Assemble your burger to your liking
