Delicious! That is the only way to describe these chicken nachos! Loaded with veggies, clean chicken and healthy fats! We spiced it up with lime tortilla chips to give it a little extra kick. All these ingredients can be found at Aldi to help you stay in your grocery budget for the month! Kid & hubby approved! 🙂
- Tortilla Chips
- Refried Beans
- Chicken Breasts
- Low Fat Yogurt (We left this out as I- the cook and diary free)
Make your own guacamole & refried beans if desired; otherwise as clean as possible store bought.
Layer chips evenly on a large dish
Spread your refried beans on chips, add guacamole
Combine chicken, yogurt (if no one is dairy free), and cumin then place on top of guacamole and enjoy.
