Chicken Nachos

Delicious! That is the only way to describe these chicken nachos! Loaded with veggies, clean chicken and healthy fats! We spiced it up with lime tortilla chips to give it a little extra kick. All these ingredients can be found at Aldi to help you stay in your grocery budget for the month! Kid & hubby approved! 🙂

Ingredients

  • Tortilla Chips
  • Refried Beans
  • Guacamole
  • Chicken Breasts
  • Low Fat Yogurt (We left this out as I- the cook and diary free)
  • Cumin

Instructions

Directions

  1. Make your own guacamole & refried beans if desired; otherwise as clean as possible store bought.

  2. Layer chips evenly on a large dish

  3. Spread your refried beans on chips, add guacamole

  4. Combine chicken, yogurt (if no one is dairy free), and cumin then place on top of guacamole and enjoy.
