Taco Tuesday bowl style; is our favorite night during the week; tacos can be so very versatile and this is one of our favorite ways; homemade corn tortillas, avocado, and ground beef taco meat. 2B Mindset Approved, Hubby Approved, Family Friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 Belle Pepper
  • 1/4 Can Black Beans
  • Chicken seasoned with taco seasoning or salt and pepper
  • Add your favorite salsa and taco toppings

Directions

  1. Steam cauliflower rice; cook chicken in oven or on stovetop. Cooking time will vary depending on the type of chicken. Cook beans to your liking.

  2. Cut belle peppers, & other taco toppings

  3. assemble your bowl; cauliflower, belle pepper, beans, chicken, and other taco toppings.
