Brussles Sprout Spagetti
Brussels sprouts as a pasta alternative? I wasn’t to sold on the idea, but thought it was worth a shot, and to my surprise it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Wasn’t one of my favorite recipes by any means but it will be one we make every so often.
- 1 lb Brussles Sprouts
- 1 Package Meatballs
- 1 Jar Pasta Sauce
- Seasoning of choice (I used salt and pepper)
Prepare brussels sprouts; chop the ends off and add to a food processor and chop up until fine. Then warm up pan with olive oil and add chopped up brussels sprouts. Cook for 10-15 minutes occasionally stirring.
Preheat oven for 350 and cook meatballs for 20-30 minutes (until no longer pink) This will vary depending on the kinds of meatballs you buy.
Heat up pasta sauce on stove. 3-5 minutes occasionally stirring.
Combine for a finished plate.
