Avocado Zucchini Alfredo With Shrimp

- 1 Medium Ripe Avocado (Mashed)
- 1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 24 Raw Medium Shrimp
- 4 Medium Zucchini
- 2 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
Combine avocado, yogurt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp onion powder in a medium bowl; mix well.
Heart large skillet, lightly coat with cooking spray on medium heat.
Add shrimp; season with remaining 1/4 tsp. pepper, remaining 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and remaining 1/2 tsp onion powder, cook and stir frequently for about 1 minute.
Add zucchini; cook, stir frequently for 2-3 minutes drain excess liquid from skillet.
Add avocado mixture; cook, sir frequently for 1-2 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
Evenly divide zucchini mixture between two serving plates and top with cheese.
